Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the Museum Store at (516) 572-0560 or kludwig@cradleofaviation.org within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. All returns must be pre-approved before sending.

It is recommended that a copy of your receipt or a copy of your invoice is included in your return.

The item returned must be in its original packaging and in salable condition.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
